1. Really good staff support, fine oceanfront view, relaxing beach atmosphere

Such great experience there. The hotel with big rooms, in a local area, away from the busier area. Beachfront location, at a moderate distance from a beachfront park. Awesome food quality.

Simply no complains at all, really great stay. Modest room, with an amazing bathroom and extremely comfy beds. Really kind and very amicable staff with a smile.

Request advice from the staff on local eateries for a better dining experience than what's initially visible.

The shared balcony area was a great spot to sit out and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

I loved the easy beach access right outside my unit and the vibrant local eateries just a few steps away filled my weekend with delicious food and great atmosphere, making it perfect for city strolls and exploration.

Staying here was fantastic! We took an electric boat tour, fun and perfect for our toddler. The concierge staff was super helpful, suggesting family-friendly kayaking options and other water sports. The ocean view from our room was amazing.

My wife says that a designated play area would keep our toddler entertained.

The oceanfront view was fine, and the central location was just a short Uber ride to explore all parts of San Juan. The nearby Loíza strip offered a variety of eateries and shopping, and the gated hotel felt okay all time.
